Who Answers?
This place is a drunk tank plain and simple. Don't go to them for help they have 24hr paramedics patrolling the streets to pick the drunks up. Also at the whim of an employee anyone can be arrested, aka have a hold put on, and placed in 5'x6' room with nothing but a hole to attempt shit and piss down. They're are not enough beds. The staff is demeaning and openly make fun of the "patients". Security acts as though they are looking for confrontation. Just terrible a facility, poor staff, and awful treatment.
If you need addiction help this is not the place. Homeless people view this place as one of their options for shelter and the price of entry is the get wasted.
