    I was looking for an inpatient facility that helps with dual diagnosis. Pain management for 10 yrs. or more and a broken back. 5 vertebrae covered in metal front and back. I am currently on 50mcg every 72 hours duralgesic patch.(fentanyl) and also weaning off of 10 mg valium. Please contact me the www. Isn?t much help cell#203-482-3366.
