I have always valued the benefits of meditation, so when I found out that there was a drug rehab center that utilized meditation for healing, I jumped on the chance to see what it was all about. The FYM Meditation Center in California provided me with the foundation for healing that I needed in order to shed depression and anxiety and move past my addiction to drugs. I have never been as happy as I am right now. I recommend this method of healing to anyone that wants to kick an addiction or a bad habit through the beautiful art of meditation.
