   To whom it may concern: I SP/4 Ruben Salcedo, Service#338468396,Army Veteran, 10-March-1970 through 20-September-1973, and Active Army Reserve September-1973 through October-1978. I was a patient back in July-1973 when I was was diagnosed with Spinal Meningitis and was later treated and released about a month to forty five days later.
