I am an alcoholic and have stopped all drugs but cant stop drinking vodka. I have cut back and this is why I am in the hospital as we speak due to being so dehydrated from vomiting. This is a viscus cycle and about the 6th time I've been admitted to the hospital. In Sept., I was in I.C.U. I'm in pitiful shape. I am a male who weighs 138 and live w/my Mom and Stepdad. When I get out of the hospital tomorrow (hoping), it would be so wonderful if there was some place I could go to finish detoxing and start fresh. It's too late to call my Mom tonight. I am no. 116 on a waiting list at the center in Cookeville, TN. I have no insurance nor have I had a job in a long time. I need detox and long term care. I have had lots of fluids/nutrients since being admitted Friday night. Is there any resources or help available in any way/form that you know of? I have tried everything I know and am giving up. You have my permission to speak to my Mom, Peggie on my behalf when you call tomorrow in case I don't get discharged from the hospital (Summit in Nashville). Thank you for any help you can give me. P. Kelley Patterson

Where do calls go?

Calls to numbers on a specific treatment center listing will be routed to that treatment center. Calls to any general helpline (non-facility specific 1-8XX numbers) could be forwarded to SAMHSA or a verified treatment provider. Calls are routed based on availability and geographic location.

The LocalDrugRehab.com helpline is free, private, and confidential. There is no obligation to enter treatment. In some cases, LocalDrugRehab.com could charge a small cost per call, to a licensed treatment center, a paid advertiser, this allows LocalDrugRehab.com to offer free resources and information to those in need. We do not receive any commission or fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a caller chooses.
